Join CenterPoint Legacy Theatre for a Fairytale Celebration!
As a child, I remember finding an old cloth-bound copy of Grimm’s Tales for Young and Old and left the world behind until I had read every single tale. It was magical and it was one of my favorite childhood memories. This is why what CenterPoint Legacy Theatre’s upcoming event sounds marvelous. Kiddos (and grown ups!) can feel the wonder of fairytales in our busy modern-day life.

From AUGUST 23-AUGUST 26, 2023, rooms in CenterPoint Legacy Theatre will be transformed into realms of enchantment where adventures and laughter await. Four different events await the young and the young at heart to explore the land of possibilities and rich storytelling.
Castle Hall Tea Party~~THURSDAY, AUGUST 24 4:30 PM, FRIDAY, AUGUST 25 4:30 PM, SATURDAY, AUGUST 26 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM. Castle Hall Tea Party, where Princesses and Princes are treated to a pink-a-luscious tea party hosted by Sleeping Beauty’s favorite fairies, Flora, Fauna, and Merriweather attended by an array of favorite fairytale friends. Dancing, Fairy house-making and a tiara/crown ceremony await our royal guests. Dressing up is always a delightful option! (Guardians may purchase a ticket or join in for the last 10 minutes to embrace the magic.)
Ever-After Royal Ball~~WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 23 6:30 PM, FRIDAY, AUGUST 25 7:00 PM, SATURDAY, AUGUST 26 7:00 PM A Once-Upon-A-Dream Evening in the royal ballroom where little ladies or knee-high knights can celebrate with a favorite adult to dance, dine on delicacies and sweet treats, mingle with fairy-tale characters, pose for a royal photo and make memories that will live happily ever after. Royal ball attire is magically encouraged!
Wizarding 101~~THURSDAY, AUGUST 24 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM; FRIDAY, AUGUST 25 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM; SATURDAY, AUGUST 26 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:30 PM Wander into the world of magic and wonder to discover the mystery of magical potions hosted by some well-loved wizards. The sorting hat will be utilized to place all young wizards in their proper place after they have entered through Train Station 9 ¾. (Guardians may observe through a hidden wall in the castle classroom.)
A Fairytale Concert~~THURSDAY, AUGUST 24 6:30 PM; SATURDAY, AUGUST 26 2:00 PM, 4:30 PM The popular “Fairytale Concert” returns for the third year to transport all guests on a “MAGICAL QUEST” to travel into a land of possibilities to discover what true magic is all about. Musical moments, classic and new, will reveal enchanting secrets. Be ready to hold onto your shoes, for they will charm them off of you! Guests will have the golden opportunity to meet all the characters after the concert.
Remember: this is the strength of fairytales. They are filled with promise. The weak can be strong; evil can be transformed to good; the ugly can become beautiful; Cinderella can become a princess, the frog a prince. Every human being can rise to their true stature. Even the smallest child can realize this and rejoice at future victories.
