Recently Jennifer Chapin Mustoe, CEO of Front Row Reviewers, was contacted by someone involved in a recent production which closed this weekend. After the show closed, several of the actors received emails with clips of a review talking about them negatively. This woman was concerned as no-one from the show asked for a reviewer and wondered if Front Row Reviewers had written the review, and expressed surprise that FRR would write anything so negative. She also was concerned about how the writer of the emails got her players’ emails.
I assured her that FRR knew nothing of this, and that what happened to those who were hurt by this is a true shame. FRR does Celebrate the GOOD in the Arts, and never emails anyone involved in a production unless it is specific to setting up a review.
I am happy to message anyone with concerns about this, but I reiterate, FRR does and will continue to Celebrate the GOOD in the Arts and never infringes on anyone’s privacy through email or any other form of correspondence.
Keep up the good work to the folks that consistently brighten our lives with your fabulous work!
